1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using NutQuest you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Who may use the service

Users under 16 years of age require the explicit consent of a responsible adult. Verification is handled during sign-up.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity carried out through it. Notify us as soon as you suspect any unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not upload illegal or offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to access accounts or systems that do not belong to you.
• Do not automate requests to circumvent limits or moderation.

5. User-generated content

You retain ownership of what you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it (transformation into worlds, moderation, backup).

6. Subscriptions and payments

Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can manage them from your account or from the Stripe portal.

7. Limitation of liability

NutQuest is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes. Maximum liability is limited to amounts paid in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; we will notify you by email or from within the app. Continuing to use the service after a change implies acceptance of the updated terms.
